Good everyday shoes, minor gripe
I ordered the Model 001 in black, mostly for work since I'm on my feet a lot. The comfort is definitely there, and the quarter sizes really do make a difference in fit. Shipping took about a week, which is acceptable but not super quick. My only real complaint is that the laces felt a little thin, almost like they'd fray easily. For a premium shoe, I expected slightly more robust laces. Overall though, they're good value for daily wear, and customer service was responsive when I had a question about sizing before ordering.

I grabbed a pair of the Model 000 in grey a couple weeks ago. They got here pretty fast, like 4 days to Denver which was nice. I wore them running errands and they felt good, really light. The quarter sizing is cool, I got a 9.25 and it fit perfectly. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for everyday shoes.
